Currently I'm eating Quaker instant Oats in Brown Sugar and Maple with a big spoon full of butter mixed in. When it warms up, I'll be eating Honey Nut O's.

I like old fashioned rolled oats.  Any kind of fresh fruit is always nice.

I love good old weet bix, 2 with soy milk and sliced banana. It feels like it is good for me and keeps me going till lunch time.  I must admit I do like nutrigrain, coco pops and corn flakes but these are a little high in sugar and I don't feel as if I am eating healthy.
