I think all my favorite foods are favorites because they were eaten during times the family was all together. I think it was the company (and the fact my grandmother cooked them) more than the actual food.
It's psychological, the more you think about eating your favourite food and the more you want it.
Eventually, you reach the moment where you finality have it.
That's when you get that satisfying feeling of contentment.
Then again, if you tasted something different and found it delicious your taste for it might change eventually over time and age.
Try to maintain a natural diet of raw natural sugars or fruits and vegetables from mother earth. You will find the boost of energy you will receive most profitable in your tasks.
I 'love' gumbo because it reminds me of home- New Orleans! And it has lots of flavorful ingredients; like, shrimp, sausage, and thyme.
My favorite food is peanut butter. I love the taste and it also healthy and filling.
