How to cook vegetables without wasting essential vitamins?
Well, I found that steaming them in a double boiler for about 7 min. helps to maintain the vitamins.
Yes, steamed would be the best idea. Steer clear of frozen vegetable packets that you heat up in the microwave. Freezing them would loose enough vitamins in the shops. The microwave would finish it off so eating them would then be pointless.
