I try to watch what I eat, but I'm not very strict with myself about it. I try my best to eat healthily and limit eating sugary foods.
I don't do as I should which is why I am here now at 2:45am. I had gastric by-pass surgery and have not been stayed on track lately and have began to experience excessive acid reflux as a result. I know what I need to do but find it difficult to regain control.
I'd appreciate your prayers for me in this area.

Sometimes, the challenging part is staying consistent with your daily regimen. I believe vitamin supplements are a great way to boost energy.
I watch what I eat at least a little bit but unfortunately less often than I should. Usually the meals that really get me bad at when I go out to eat though. American portions are so crazy gigantic I end up putting on weight so I have to go to the gym more or avoid eating out. Or try harder to control myself when I do go out to eat lol. Take half the meal home or stop ordering half pound cheeseburgers and steaks.
I try to watch what I eat, and I need to do a much better job than I am doing now! I have a hard time staying on track and eating healthy when I am always on the go, and unfortunately the cheap fast food is just way more convenient than taking the time to prepare a meal a home.

Yes I do. When it comes to processed foods, I read the labels. I avoid buying with trans fat and high sodium. Other than that, I just eat whatever I want, but everything I eat is in moderation.
Every day! because if I don't watch what I eat I would be 300 pounds. I have trouble with my weigh.

I'm a mother of a 10-year old child who doesn't like to eat at all. I've done everything I can from appetite stimulant, food supplement, to complete milk powder. Still, no effect! Can anyone help, please?

Do you think it is harmful to eat and watch TV at the same time?It's an old tale that eating while watching TV leads to over-eating and weight gain. Is that true for you? Why would you or wouldn't you watch TV while eating?
