What are some healthy foods to eat to gain weight?
I keep on seeing topics on how to lose weight. Now I wanna know how to gain weight.. I want to know your suggestions that can provide healthiness to our body. my friend once asked me that he keeps eating and eating but still he's not gaining amount of weight.
I don't gain weight unless I'm lifting weights, or otherwise working hard in a labor intensive job. I have to think that, if avoiding bread and pasta are the first thing to losing weight, that they'd be the main thing to eat to gain weight - that's logical, right?
Now, if a thin guy like me wants to gain good weight (muscle) then not only will I need to eat carbs for energy, but protein for muscle growth.
Nuts and nut butters, avocados and other healthy fats, quinoa, bulgar and barley, and copious amounts of high sugar fruits.
If you go to a store like GNC or the vitamin shoppe they have shakes that are for weight gain. They come in many different ways and are an easy and healthy way to gain weight, ask someone for help they should have plently to choose from. Good luck!

What are some fatty foods that will help you gain weight FAST?My family has recently had a few colds in a row and I lost 5kg... and after having five teeth removed I'm on a liquid diet for a few days so I will probably lose a few more. Once I can eat properly again I want to get some of the weight...

Healthy ideas for gaining 7 to 10 lbs?Recently, due to a new job I have lost more weight than I wanted. Other than gaining muscle, does anyone have any idea how to gain 7 to 10 lbs. I would just consume more than I'm burning, but I have no idea how much I am burning.

I'm not kidding... everybody has a problem losing weight... but I have never crossed 148 pounds.... I'm 6 ft but only 142 pounds... I drink/eat everything... no effect.... I'm healthy... I can run 5 miles without breaking a sweat.... Just can't lift weights.... I wanna look great.... any...
