Healthy ideas for gaining 7 to 10 lbs?

Recently, due to a new job I have lost more weight than I wanted. Other than gaining muscle, does anyone have any idea how to gain 7 to 10 lbs. I would just consume more than I'm burning, but I have no idea how much I am burning.

Try drinking a lot of milk. It's easily digested, and you'll gain weight faster.
    Do you lift weights, Calisthenics?
    I would recommend bodyweight exercises.
If you don't gain muscle, you'll gain fat. Women don't gain muscle like men do( unless using steroids), so don't worry about that.
Amount of calories you burn depends on a lot of factors, such as your metabolism, amount of activity, muscle mass, etc.
If you don't know how much you are burning then add 500 extra calories daily into your diet. If it doesn't work, try 500 more.

    P.S
    Drink a lot of water!

      P.S
If possible, try to get enough sleep, at least 8 hrs.

strength train and add some healthy fats to the diet - coconut oil, avocado etc. are high calorie, but very good for you. You can also increase whole grains (calorie dense, but healthy)

Does eating avocado on a regular basis slow down weight loss? I am trying to drop a few pounds but include them in my salad every week.

They are healthy fat, they can be good on a diet, but you can also gain weight with them, you have to count your calories. If you take in more than you expend, regardless of source, you gain weight.

If you want to lose weight, replace foods with high calories with slow digesting, low caloric foods such as salads.

I don't know how healthy this is but I know actors in Hollywood have a trick they use to gain weight quickly for movie roles;  Lots and lots of donuts.  smile

I am thinking some ice cream (the real stuff, not fat free), cheeseburgers, some Five Guys french fries. Be careful not to become addicted to those foods though, because eating them regularly after you meet your goal weight, they sure will keep packing on the pounds if you keep eating them on a regular basis.

I know a girl who needed to gain weight for the military. They made her eat peanut butter everyday.

You can also use protein shakes. Rice is another good one.

well now, peeples....if this isn't a "switcheroo" type of question.  We don't often hear someone ask about GAINING weight...especially a woman!!   The diet industry isn't a MULTI-billion $$$ business due to questions like yours!!
Just come and live with me.  Honestly.....I can guarantee, if you just follow me and adopt my habits....YOU WILL GAIN WEIGHT.....and spend the rest of your life, looking for ways.....ANY way, to lose it, keep it off and just fit into last year's outfits!
Oh...one more thing.....exactly what is your new job?  Are they hiring??
On a serious note?   Eat, honey....just eat.  All that stuff that the skinny people do not eat.......eat it all!!!
