Weekly Topic Inspiration: Grilling Tips
What are your best grilling tips?
To celebrate summer, this week's Weekly Topic Inspiration theme is grilling tips. I've taken the liberty of poking around the Google AdWords Keyword Tool to see what some common grilling keywords are. They include: tips for cooking, tips cooking, steak grilling, steak for grilling, grilling chicken, recipes for grilling, how to grill with charcoal, great grill, grilled foods, the best grills, tips on/for grilling, tri tip grill, beef grilling, ideas for grilling, grilling burgers, grill recipes for steak, and cooking steak grill. Consider writing on these!
Oh...the best, easiest, most simple way to produce and enjoy a grilled meal is to say, "Honey, would you like to grill (insert whatever food you have in mind) tonight?" ;-)
Seriously, am looking forward to following this. Thanks.
Very good choice and I look forward to read and see all the tasty recipes! Maybe I will be able to write one myself, I have to think a bit and see if I find a good one:)

Possibly the best thing I could tell anyone is select the right meat for your cooking space and the amount of time you wan to spend completing your event.
A good general idea for grilling is not to add sauce or sugar until your meat is 2/3 done, the sugar and sauce will cause your meat to burn when using direct heat.
Example:
1. burgers, pork chops, sausages and hot dogs are excellent quick grilling meals that you can solicit your family and friends help with. You may wonder why pork chops are in this group (the like to be cooked quickly and not overdone).
30 minutes any grill gas or charcoal will be great.
2. A. steaks, country style pork ribs 30-45 minutes direct low heat on gas or charcoal , turning often.
B. chicken parts 1 hour low direct heat or medium indirect heat.
3. Baby back ribs-boil ribs for 20 minutes then grill direct heat low for 45 min-1 hour turning often.
Indirect heat grilling requires a little more grill area in order to allow your "perfectly grilled creation" to bloom. Grill on....Blessings:
