Is olive oil is good in any amount you consume?
We know that olive oil don’t have bad cholesterol-is there any recommended amount you can eat?
Whilst it may be generally considered a healthy fat source, taken in modest quantities particularly when compared to some other oils or fatty foods such as butter or margerine, it is an extremely calorific foodstuff therefore could contribute to significant weight gain if consumed in large quantities which naturally comes with many negative consequences.

Anything consumed in excess (even water) is considered bad, moderation is the right choice here. Olive oil is really good for the health provided it is consumed in the right amount.
