Do you love candy corn, or hate it?
Last Halloween, I threw a big party and purchased 3 bags of candy corn. No one ate it. What gives?
I gotta say I don't enjoy candy corn, the taste anyways. I think the candy itself is very festive and I like to buy it for my house around Halloween.
I love it, it is one of my favorites things--that and York peppermint patties
I like them, but only to an extent. After a few the sugar content gets to me. I usually only eat them around this time of the year...
I personally don't care for candy corn although it does look pretty in a dish. I have several friends and family members, however, who are excited for fall to come so they can get some candy corn.
It's a love/hate relationship. I think I love it, and enjoy it for a little, but then don't quit eating it, and therefore feel sick afterwards.
I always love the first one or two pieces, but I think its just because it's the season for it. After those first pieces, even days later, it just tastes like cornstarch and sugar to me.
Same goes for Mellocreme Pumpkins...
I like it to an extent. I do eat a few pieces but not much. It is not my favorite by far but a couple pieces are good for Halloween.
Love it!! Then when I have had too much of it I turn it into the Mock Pay Day Candy! So it is still a wonderful thing!!
I love it! But it does seem to be a very polarizing candy. Much the same as Swedish Fish (which I hate) and Good and Plenty's (which I love). At any rate, I would easily be able to handle 3 extra bags of candy carn...
Like others here, I like it but can only take it in small doses. I don't think I have ever bought this candy myself but do eat some when I see it out at other places.
I love candy corn! but not the candy pumpkins.
I think candy corn has a limit, so it's not like MnM's where you can eat them by the handfuls. Maybe people picked at them, but didn't take full handfuls
candy corn is 1 of my favs. I even like the pumpkins & other similar candies.
I love it, not the taste, but the memories it brings back. Mom loved it, and it reminds me of her.
I love the way they look because of its association with Halloween, but hate the way they taste. Gag! I have purchased some before purely for decorative reasons.
I absolutely adore candy corn! But I only allow myself to purchase it in the fall, else I would have no teeth in my mouth! I really don't know why I love it so much--I guess I'll call it a weakness...and candy pumpkins, too!!

Don't get me wrong, I love me some candy corn, but it can get a little boring just popping pieces one after another. Do you know of anything interesting to do with it? In the recipe sort of way, that is.

What's the best Halloween candy a kid wants to get? What were the best treats you got as a kid? When I was a kid, the houses that gave the regular-sized candy bars were the best. Now, I just want to steal my kids' mini snickers bars to put (who am I kidding...to hide behind the bag of frozen peas on...

Halloween is fast approaching only a couple of weeks away. Do you get trick or treaters in your neck of the woods. I don't, but, even though diabetic it doesn't stop me from getting candy to hand out . . . just in case. I got 2 bags of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and one of Kit Kat candy bars to...
