Have you been drinking green tea? how does it help?
i have read about all the advantages of green tea. it helps in oxidation, cholesterol control, skin, hair etc. but I want to know from the people who have seen the effects for themselves.
This minimal processing procedures of Green tea preserves more antioxidants than other teas(except white tea which contains more antioxidants). One of its advantage that I can say from my regular use is that it can boost the immune system and lower blood pressure.
