What are some Healthy school lunches to pack?
With all the school lunch nutrition controversy, what are some healthy school lunches you can pack that kids will eat?
I know the old time favorite for many kids is the traditional peanut butter and jelly sandwich, which provides plenty of nutrition in the way of protein for one. Also a couple of hard boiled eggs that are already peeled and wrapped in saran wrap may be welcomed to kids. And also a few of the newer plain and fruit yogurts that contain a probiotic. These are just a few of the many foods that can be packed for a youngster and I am sure there are many more healthy choices that the moms know about already.
Sandwiches or wraps
Hard Boiled Eggs
Fruit or Bran muffins

Yesterday's news talked about the pink slime used in school 'burgers'.
