Name 5 meals your guests can all participate in-and have you used any of them?
What comes to mind are meals that can be assembled by the guests then popped in the oven such as pizza, calzones or tamales. Children especially enjoy rolling out pizza or calzone dough and adding their own toppings. Tamales are best made with several assistants in assembly-line fashion. You could also set up a baked potato bar with toppings such as sour cream, chives, bacon, chili, grated cheese, etc. A similar idea would work for a salad bar with Mexican-style fixings so guests can build their own taco salad. Desserts such as banana splits or ice cream sundaes are also fun when served in the same fashion. Since I frequently have dinner guests, I have used all of these ideas at one time or another.
First we will make omelet with different topping options such as feta and mozzarella cheeses, jalapeno or pepper chino peppers, mushrooms, avocados, baby tomatoes and green chives.
Next we will have pancakes with different fruits like raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and cherries. With all those pancakes we will all drink tea with different desserts like black cherry cake, white cream cheesecake, carrot cake, chocolate brownie with caramel, and coconut angel cake.
To top it off everyone will have refreshing cocktail glasses filled with yogurt parfaits, you choose five toppings of fresh fruits like mangoes, watermelon, melons, grapes, peaches and mandarins...
Finishing our meal we will have five options flowing hot white and dark chocolate, caramel, cheese white and cream fondue, and all same fruit options offered in all above menu.

What are your favorite pizza toppings and preferred crust? What toppings do you usually get on your pizza? I like pepperoni, mushrooms, bell pepper and cheese of course. I used to get black olives, but sometimes they taste to salty. For the crust, I like it thinner and toasty.
