Going to bed early! haha. I've been sleep deprived a lot lately. So I think it's best to hit the sack early lol
Not really a health choice but I will be having regular blood tests per month as well as various other medical tests to monitor my fitness and health down to the tee.
Working out once a day. Helps fight against dieing sooner. Drink green tea more often. Has 6 possitive health factors. Work from home. Reduces stress and anxiety so more years to live and less health problems.
Taking the time to take my grandsons out on the boat and go fishing!
Cutting down, fat, carb, and salt. Plus, going on regular walks.....
