Oh yes As a kid I loved tomato soup with parmesan cheese on top. On the side I would be pleased as punch to have a small bowl of cottage cheese with cling peaches on top. Oh - culinary perfection!
Nowadays, my favorite meal is a steaming plate of hot blitveh - a dark leafy vegetable cooked with a potato or two. I wrote a hub about its virtues and how to prepare it if anyone is curious. I eat it mostly for dinner, garnished with olive oil, french bread and a hunk of good quality cheese. Wine tops it off. Best of all, it's comfort food that happens to be on my side, calorie wise ... mmm...

What is your favorite cheese recipe?I love goat cheese stuffed chicken breast and I also have made a goat cheese and mushroom pizza. So yummy!
