What Is The Best Chocolate?
There are many types of chocolates – they can be bitter chocolates, bittersweet chocolates, sweet chocolates, creamer chocolates, etc, etc. What is your best chocolate and why? And between, what is the difference between a bitter chocolate and a bittersweet chocolate?
Bitter chocolate is usually around 70% cocoa solids or higher, while bittersweet is usually round the 50% mark. My favourites are usually 70% dark chocolate, and 40% milk chocolate, but it all depends on the quality of the bean.
