How do you convert a recipe?
How do you go about converting a recipe written for the US using the measurements of cups, teaspoons, tablespoons, ounces and pounds to a recipe that can be used elsewhere? What measurements are used and how is the conversion calculated? For instance, degrees Fahrenheit has to be converted to degrees Celsius.
