I have been using my slow cooker a lot lately, and am looking for some new ideas and recipes to try.

    BBQ pulled pork
    2lbs Boston Butt
    brown sugar
    spices to your liking
1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce
    Cook 8 hours on low

I love making this and I make a bottle of homemade bbq sauce to poor over it. It pulls apart so easy and taste great on buns or as a main dish. My kids always put coleslaw on a bun with this bbq on top.
If you are against eating pork beef can be used also and actually tastes really good with a beer based bbq sauce.
