What are the differences between condensed milk and evaporated milk?
Condensed milk has a higher concentration of sugar than evaporated milk. Condensed milk has a thick and creamy consistency that is mostly used for dessert recipes. Evaporated milk can be mixed with water which makes it almost equal to the nutritional properties of fat free milk. It has nutrients making it suitable for some baby formulas.
