That's a trick question. You can only live about three days with some source of substantial fluids, which can be obtained through many drinks and foods. You could conceivably live your whole life with out actually drinking water, but you must consume the fluids from other sources to make up for it.
hummm..... quite funny; I personally always recommend to drink as water as you can per day. Doctor's used to suggest to drink at-least 9-10 full glasses of water! On coming to your question; I can live maximum 3 hours without water or fluids. Intake of excessive fluids and water is my habit routine now.
Not as long as the Galapagos tortoises can; they can go over a year without food or water, which is why sailors used to 'kidnap' them for long voyages as an insurance policy against scurvy...
