I usually make a pulled pork sandwich..
First I season the crock pot with my favorite seasonings

Then, i put the roast along with one small onion dice and a few cloves of of garlic(minced) into a crock pot.

I add about 1/4-1/2 cup of water depend on the roast

Cook for 6-8 hours on high in crock pot

When fork tender, I shred the roast using to forks. Then top with my favorite BBQ sauce. I usually make my own sauce.

Definitely in the oven. I use convection heat 350° F /180° C. and roast the meat approx. 25-30 minutes per pound. At the same time I am roasting patatoes and veggies, so it's all ready at the same time.

The best way to me is to smoke that pork roast in the smoker nice and slow until that pork is so tender you can pull it apart with a fork or your hand ...but make sure you add a nice rub or marinade on it before smoking....happy eating.
