Do you make your own hollandaise sauce, or just order it in restaurants?
I am curious to see if hollandaise is a popular sauce. Butter and egg yolks seem to be out of favor these days; but, I have grown to like the sauce.
Hollandaise Sauce is surpreme when made fresh. It won't kill anybody to have a few tablespoons of it to enhance your Eggs Benedict or whatever you want to serve with it. Everything eaten in moderation should not be a health concern.
Maybe hollandaise is more popular than I thought.
I haven't made my own but it is on my list of to do's. I do love it when I order eggs benedict for breakast. Yum!
It's a little tricky to make at first, but it's actually a lot of fun.
