What to do with leftovers?
I have left over in the fridge the following; 1 serving greenbeans already thrown on top of 1 cup of mash potatoes made with cream cheese, 4 oz of baked trout, 1/2 of a good size of fried pork steak, five baked potato wedges, two cups of small shell noodles in white cheese sauce and one and half char roasted hablano peppers. So whats for dinner?
You could make a frittata with the green beans, creamed mash and baked trout, just add beaten eggs and fry in a pan.
You could chop the pork into bite size pieces, mix true the noodles, add some green beans and top with breadcrumbs and bake in the oven to heat through.
Make an omelette with the diced pork and roasted peppers.
Make fish cakes with the mash potatoes and trout.
Blitz up a soup with the mash, beans, potato wedges and peppers.
Or you could just order a take out
You could make a casserole from the meat and potatoes with a side of green beans and pasta. use the pepper as a seasoning
I'd have taken those leftovers downstairs and given them to my son. We live in the same building, but is separate apartments.

What is your favorite way for stuffing a baked potato? Some just like the usual butter, cheese, sour cream, bacon bits, and chives. Others like barbecue, bacon and cheese, taco meat and queso... There's no wrong way. Is there a way to stuff baked potatoes that you enjoy more than others?
