Heat, reheat, and eat. I love to nibble on cold white turkey meat as well.
I cook wide egg noodles and then add cut up pieces of turkey, crumbled stuffing for flavor and peas. Then I pour the leftover gravey over the whole mixture and reheat. This gives me at least 3 lunches as well as a dinner.
I always make turkey soup! I save the carcass and some of the meat and make a broth from scratch....it's super yummy

I need to cook fresh meals every time, I usually have very less leftovers.. Even if i have i do not give them to my children.. Do you agree that leftovers can get fatal with children and the aged?
