Nutritional yeast sprinkled on foods gives a cheesy taste, soak cashews in water then put them in the food processor to make a spread that can be used in place of mayo. It also makes a great salad dressing. Many wonderful vegan recipes are on the Hallelujah Acres website, hacresdotcom. Many soups, tuna replacement recipes and things like that. Many are raw too and that adds another health benefit. I wish you happiness on your new way of life. I love being a vegan. I was vegetarian for many years and took the final step to vegan a few months ago. I feel great and have incredible energy.
