Baking Tip: White House Pastry Chef

    I recently participated in a cupcake workshop led by 25-year White House Executive Pastry Chef, Roland Mesnier.

    ALL, EVERY ingredient MUST be at room temperature before beginning to put together the recipe. Don't worry -- milk, eggs, cream, cheese, etc., won't spoil for a couple of hours sitting on the counter.
