Is it really has nutrients?

    Most muffins are really, really, high in calories and have lots of sugar in them (at least that's how they're made in the US; I don't know if they make them differently in other countries).  Children are better off eating something more nutritious (at least in a lot of people's opinions).  If a child eats an occasional muffin (and either if it doesn't have nuts or else the child is old enough not to choke on nuts) it won't harm him, but they're not the best nutrition-wise.

    Recommended by whom?  Empty question.  If you ask a dairy farmer if kids should drink milk the answer would be yes.

    If you ask Coco Cola if they should drink Coke the answer would be yes.
