When baking brownies, can it be chewy?
When I make brownies, it comes out as chewy. My sister says it should have a cake-like texture. Is there any right way.
I'd say no. You might just be using a bad recipe (sorry if it's your own). You could adjust the cooking time. I have personally eaten all kinds of brownies, and I don't think them being chewy is a problem, at least not for me . Good luck!
