Thanksgiving at grandma's was my favorite. I miss those homemade meals made by the best cooks I knew. As side dishes to the biggest bird to be roasted in an oven, baked beans, mashed potatoes with gravy, salads, mac and cheese and pumpkin pie made for one giant stomach ache because we always ate to much. Thanks for reminding me.

Tacos. I have no idea how my mom made them, what was in them. What I remember is her putting the taco in one of those little wax bags to keep it from dripping.  Tacos are still my favorite thing for dinner.

Spaghetti! My Mama and her mother both made wonderful spaghetti and sauce!

My mother used to feed me with boiled bananas. Sometimes she even used to add some butter to it. It tasted yummy. She also used to make many types of dishes with egg.

It's either sweet potatoes or rice with vegetables, I don't know why I did not become a vegetarian because we eat a lot of vegetables. I wasn't complaining because there's not much choice.

Mine would have been Kraft Macaroni and Cheese!  Loved it!  Now-a-days though, I prefer the homemade mac and cheese!

My favorite dinner would have to be either my Grandmothers roast chicken dinners, or her home made fish and chips. She's the greatest cook ever!

I love my moms stew. It would fill the house with its smell when it was cooking, and she would make these killer rolls to go with it. I get hungry just thinking about it.
