How do I raise my ratings
How do I make more people view my Hubs?
Follow a lot of people, comment on other people's hubs, and overall participate in the community (answer questions, write on the forums, etc.)
By ignoring them. Ratings don't mean much and won't bring you traffic or money. They'll increase naturally with time.
Get in there and write more hubs and create more traffic. You can interact with the community if you want, but that won't bring you traffic or money - just make you feel all fuzzy inside.
