Fruits definitely! There are so many great ones and with kids (and adults who crave sweets) these are a perfect replacement and fruit salads are terrific too where you can slip in some veggies and nuts!
Vegetables, such as brussel sprouts. So many people say that they do not like them and they taste sweet.
Plain simple popcorn (maybe a little sea salt or butter) - It has fiber, antioxidants and polyphenols. It lowers cholesterols and fights off many diseases including cancer. (Microwave has additives, unhealthy oils and lots of caloris. Kettle and caramel have sugars and additives. Cheddar and other flavored types have art. flavors, fats and calories.)
