How to prepare tasty breakfast with a lot of vegetables?
I always like to have a healthy breakfast, Let me know a tasty breakfast recipe which includes a lot of vegetables!
A quiche is the perfect way to make a healthy, tasty breakfast with vegetables and the eggs give you protein! You can add whatever veg you like and cheese for extra flavor.
If quiche sounds too hard to tackle at first ( it is marvelous but does take time and skill) try a simple omelet with fresh veggies like peppers, squash, mushrooms, onions, spinach or what ever veggies you are fond of. If you are really watching your fat intake try making your omelet with egg beaters or egg whites. Top with salsa to add kick and flavor without extra fat.
A breakfast quesadilla can incorporate different peppers, corn, onion, and mushroom. Add these chopped ingredients to some scrambled eggs and cheese for a tasty breakfast.
