   I like roasted chicken and all kinds of seafood, but I guess my favorite is checking out the salad options.

   I tend to prefer breakfast food buffets/champagne brunch.
   I always start off at the omelette station because I know it will take a few minutes to have it prepared. Afterwards I get bacon/sausage, potatoes, and either pancakes or waffles along with a mimosa.
   During my second trip I may look at some of the traditional dinner items like BBQ ribs, roast beef, salads, or fruits.
   Lastly I make my way around the desert table to see if there is anything that entices me. And of course I drink several more mimosas during the meal.

   Black olives. That's completely weird, I know. But I love a salad bar.

   I usually go to a Chines Buffet and like to try everything.  There are some meat on a stick I usually don't get because it is too tough.  I usually get two plates full of food along with won ton soup.  Usually at each visit I get some dumplings, egg rolls and lo mein noodles.  Sometimes they have seafood such as crab and clams but I do avoid the fried fish.
   
   Other buffets I go to are the one at Pizza Hut.  The one near us has a small buffet so I sample a little of everything.

   I like the fruits and vegetables salads.  I like the barbecue chicken.  The salmon is my favorite.  I like steam white rice. I like the Chinese  foods with out MSG.  I like the crab's ball.  I love the pastry.  I like the sweet and sour soup. I like the pistachios's ice cream. I like the steam shrimps. I eat anything that it does not make me sick. The good thing about the buffet.  It is that I can choose any food . I like.

   I like the Fried Chicken, stuffing, popcorn shrimp, mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts, chicken livers, meatloaf the fruit, salad, black olives and sunflower seeds on top with shredded cheese, dried cranberries.  Love the strawberries and watermelon. Vegetables like broccoli and cauliflower with and without the cheese.

   I stopped going to cafes when I found out that some people may take food, look at it or smell it or something and put it back. Yuck! It could be without thinking or on purpose.
   
   This might spread colds or worse diseases which I do not want, thank you. I hate being tested and poked and going to hospitals if it is anything that bad.
