What are the food options for 7 month babies?
What all different solids can I start at this age?
My cousin had a baby a few months ago. So i do have some suggestions for you .Here :
Pulses that are cooked.
Boiled eggs (full/half both)
Make sure to give all the foods mentioned here in mashed form.
When myson was six months old, i gave him star fruits, porridge, oats, brown rice in powder form, boilwd carrots and potatoes
You can start anything except for honey and whole nuts.
Look into baby led weaning if you haven't already, we did it with my daughter and it was great. No purées involved, we just gave her whatever we were eating in manageable sizes.
Health Canada recommends giving meat as soon as babies are ready for solids to ensure they get iron. Baby cereals and the like offer very little nutrition.
Some of the first foods my daughter liked were banana slices, small bits of chicken, small pieces of broccoli and carrots, cucumber sticks, cheese and crackers, mashed potatoes, grapes (cut in half length-wise so they're not a choking hazard), spaghetti, pasta, etc. Basically just anything but in appropriately sized pieces for a baby!

I finally reached Adsense payout last month but all I see is that payment will be sent 'by' the 31 of May. Does that mean that payment could be any old date or will it be made 'on' the 31st? Not sure I understand what they mean by by the 31st of May

I will recheck my works to see if something is wrong, or I just miscalculated. But being a newbie in online profit tracking, I could be wrong. Yet CPM and earnings seems to be on a low this month. I'm having more views than last April and May. In fact I got almost 200 visitors a day now, but I'm...
