My 5 favourite meals to cook are corned beef hash, Pak Choi stir fry, Roast Dinners(chicken, beef, pork, vegetables and lamb), Mareg bamia(lamb and okra casserole), and fish and chips. I love chicken adobo(Filipino chicken casserole) as well. I just love my food so I can eat anything.

Stir fry - fast, versatile, healthy and do it in coconut oil for the most fantastic and delicate flavor ever.

Boil and shred chicken - use for barbecue, salad topping, toss with garlic butter and rosemary, put it in chicken salad, in soups, casseroles, or by itself. I keep it shredded and take out as much as I need for whatever quick lunch or dinner.

eggs of any kind - quick and easy

Fajitas - grill veggies, top with sour cream, guacamole, or salsa (or all the above if you really want to go all out) roll up in flour tortilla serve.  Versatile you can use all kinds of veggies (meats too if you prefer)

Wild rice or quinoa in a rice cooker, use broth with the water to steam it for flavor, when it's done add it to beans, veggies, or whatever for a super quick meal.  Add whatever seasonings you like.

It depends on your definition of quick.  Let's break it down, though.

    Made within two minutes -
    1. A peanut butter and jelly sandwich
    2. A can of soup in a microwave
    3. A salad
    4. A hot pocket
    5. A can of chili

Made within fifteen to twenty minutes -
    1. Pasta fajole
    2. Spaghetti with tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese
    3. Ham and cheese omelette
    4. Stir fry with frozen vegetables and chicken breast
    5. Caesar's salad with chicken breast

Anything worth having is worth the time you put into it.
