What to eat after spicy food to avoid having burning poop?
As the old saying goes: "I feel your pain."
Perhaps instead of trying to eat something afterward, try ingesting something bland such as a cheese sandwich prior to consuming spicy foods. Or take on half the sandwich before and the other half afterward.

Eat bread at the same time. If you like milk , it also coats the insides before you eat spicy food. But the old saying is true . If you burns going in it burns coming out. Lol. I just don't eat it.
