What if you DO NOT eat vegetables?  Can they be left out and the diet still be effective?

The far norther Eskimo and Inuit peoples eat meat almost entirely. They've been doing that for more years than there has been writing to record any of it. So no, there is no necessity to eat vegetables.

False. Their diet includes berries, roots and tubers, native plants and grasses, and seaweed.

Accidentally deleted one answer that if you don't eat veggies you will die...WRONG!  54 years old, no meds, no medical issues, just curious about changing the veggies to something else - DON'T EAT MOST VEGGIES - never have, never will - HATE THEM.   There are a couple I can and will eat, but basically not many.    LOL
