Hey, Bech here, Anyone tried smoking these legal herbs in place of cigarettes.  there are some for anxiety, some for sleep etc.  They seem to me to be an interesting substitue.  I am also going to try to smoke a pipe, ordered some pipe and tobacco today.  I am going to try to quit the cigarettes while using the pipe as a binky.  I think it will work cuz you "don't inhale"  Little Clinton joke there.  Let me know what you think about the herbs.  thanks Bech

you can enjoy it now, but think about the effects on your health, the toxins deposited in your lungs. be advised. I am not saying this for my own good but for YOU.

I am saying this not only to him but on a general audience. Just giving warnings because my father died of cancer in the lungs. All you smokers out there, QUIT IT NOW. After smoking for 6 years, I quit and I did it without having to have some substitutes.

My father DIED of Cancer of the lung also. However, he smoked for 40 years and it had NOTHING to do with his Cancer.

Like I said before, you need to READ more.

he smoke for 40 years ( I am assuming cigarretes) and died of cancer in the lungs? yes, he may have died of cancer but you said it has nothing to do with cigarretes.....but according to experts, Cigarrete smoking is ONE OF THE MAJOR causes of lung cancer...so the best tip is NOT to try it. or QUIT it if you already started it.

According to experts a lot of things will kill you. DUH! The doctors who examined my father said his smoking DID NOT contribute to his Cancer.

Are you having trouble understanding that? roll

Ok. I understand that. what I am saying is : CIGARRETTE smoking is ONE of the MAJOR CAUSES of lung cancer.....so this means that cigarretes has to do with lung cancer although lung cancer is NOT 100% CAUSED by cigarretes.

Smoking is bad for you, all by itself.  Find a new oral fixation.  Carrots are great, because they're so satisfying and crunchy, and you can eat as many as you want.  Carry a little baggy of them around with you and munch away whenever you get a craving.

Maddie carrots never worked for me. A person has to want to stop smoking more then they want to smoke. Prayer and letting go is the only way I stopped. Nicolette gum helped  Carrots great idea but does not take away craving. It did not for me. Water is good because it cleanses. Nothing is impossible with God. Nothing. You were never a smoker, you are lucky. I am so grateful I stopped I am now, FREE. It takes about 7 to 10 tries to stop. Keep on anyone that is trying. One day you will succeed. God will help you trust ' HIM.' He is the redeemer, deliverer and  healer. He is on the throne. Praise JESUS. He can do for us what we can not do for ourselves. Love n Peace to all.
