I just checked my stats and can't believe that in this slow time,I've had over 5000 views in the last month!
i know others get more but this is a lot for me and especially now.
anyone else getting more views now?

I've got ~23,000 views over the past thirty days but that has gone down a lot. In fact over the last couple of months my views have been ranging anything from 500-1200 a day, with no rhyme or reason.

Luckily my adsense and amazon have been increasing exponentially despite my random traffic.

Hopefully your views will continue to go up, especially with winter & xmas on the way!

thanks Wrylilt, but I can see why you have so many.
You've written three times as many hubs!
      I've got to write more!smile

It's not just about the quantity of hubs. It's about the thought you put into the topics you write about. I have 35 hubs and average roughly 20,000 views/month.

That is an awesome statistic Irohner.  Congratulations!

Congratulations to the hubbers too who have reached 5000 views in a month.

Don't worry Stacie, four of my hubs get over 100 views per day. Then about 100 hubs get the rest. About 100 of my hubs don't get over 2-3 views a day. The only good thing about having lots is there are more gems in the mud. smile

I'm right there at about 5,000 over the past month, and hopefully increasing. It appears that most of my hubs get decent traffic right after I publish them, then they drop down a bit, and then a few months later they pick up and start to get more steady traffic. I assume this is because they get posted on the feeds after they're published, then they disappear from the feeds, then the search engines start to pick them up.

At the beginning... it is nice...
    hope to increase more hubviews...

the calculation may look like the followings:

Up to now you have 53 hubs
    total page views 5000
    per hub page-view last month = 5000/53 = 94

I think its good at the starting time....

I've been here 4 months and just recently got over the 5000 views mark and was delighted with that.  I can certainly understand how tickled you are with 5000 views in 30 days.  Congratulations!

Just curious what you are doing to promote your hub to get that much traffic (if you don't mind sharing).

I'm doing just about the same thing, Stacie.  5,400 views in the last 30 days.  More interesting to me, though, is the graph since I started writing - it shows a pretty steady increase over time and is pretty obvious as I only have about 7,000 since June 1 with 5,000 of them in the last 30 days.

Hopefully it says good things for the future.

You've only got nineteen hubs, Wilderness has almost triple that.

You're going very well for 19 hubs. The more you write the more views you'll get, especially if you slowly teach yourself about keywords, SEO and other internet stuff.

I'm chilling around 10 000 views a month.  I heard Christmas time is good here, though, so looking forward to that.

That's great, well done!!! At present mine are at 82,472 a month and that's an increase over time.....just need to sort out a few hubpage duds that never get any traffic whatsoever!

I have to tell you that there are a handful that get the views and some don't get any. i was remarking on the fact that August has been really slow but over 5000 views surprised me.
i do have to write more though and needed to take a break this month.
thank you all for the comments..
