I just checked my stats I am lucky to have some visits even on those low traffic hubs.
I have scads of hubs that have no traffic for months, much less the last 30 days. I never worry about it.
I'll be honest.
I have over 200 hubs, and about (not gonna take the time to count lol) thirty hubs have received under 5 views each in the past 30 days.
Every other hub is getting consistent pageviews.
Yes, about 10% seldom get anything. I do go back and work on those that I feel should do better, but some of them are just one-offs.
What are page views? Are those supposed to go where all my zeroes are?
About 16 out of approximately 112 hubs. Most of them are poems, which don't generate much traffic anyway, so I don't fret about it.
It would be nice if they got traffic, but I guess folks don't "dig" poetry anymore...at least not free verse...and I suck at rhyme. ;-)
I would have lots but I revisited all the zeroes and put some extra keywords in, changed titles, added content and generally mucked about with them.
Mainly added words like sex and porn in a fairly random fashion.
So now it looks like I have lots of views! Do I still get the 10k accolade even though all the hits are my own?
Great question - I have two lonely Hubs I found out I must promote. Thank you!
Not yet, but I'm finding my Christmas hubs are dying. Nobody reads Christmas hubs until next season. (sigh)
I have very seasonal hubs, many haven't had a visitor in months.
Yeah a fair few, I just leave most of them, seeing as they do no harm and might get a visitor one day.
I just seem them as the very small villages in my Hubpages economy, occassionally they get a passer by; but they are never going to be one of my major cities.
All my hubs have received more than 10 pageviews in the last 30 days.
Just one of my hubs has zero views in 30 days. But, like I mentioned in another post, it did have views, but they vanished into thin air. Not sure where they went.
One of my hubs has over 500 views in the 30 day, but it keeps going up and own like a yoyo. It lost over 70 views in couple hours (yesterday) And, today the daily view is up, but the 30 day has dropped another 30 views. Over 100 view drop in two days. Otherwise my 30 day total views for that hub would be over 600. Not sure why that is happening. My total views have also dropped.
My other hubs are averaging around 50 views in 30 days. But, the totals on those keep going down as well. It's really weird.
Glad the topic is posted here. I have 26 out of 186 (oops, 184?) that haven't had a view in the past 30 days. I believe most, if not all, were my Hubs written when I first joined and may be poorly titled on some competitive topics or topics no longer worthwhile. I'll check on that.
Yep, and I don't like them sitting there with their "zeroes" and bringing down the score. But then, I checked google analytics and the one page that got one view, also got me a click. So they will stay, ugly scores and zero views and all.
It's encouraging to see responses and experiences of others. Okay, I have 184 Hubs not 186. :-)
All of mine have had views the past 30 days. That will change very soon, as some of them are directed at the Christmas holidays.
Just checked, I actually only have 2 Hubs with zero pageviews, but I have an astonishing 63 which have had less than 10 pageviews in the past 30 days. I may spend some time shaking up titles, backlinking them a few times, to try and revive them.
all of mine have had views, even on a Father's Day hub.. I was surprised. obviously, some much more than others. I spent some time tweaking this week, which seems to help.
I have two hubs that I wrote for the weekly hub challenge on back to school... they have had zero viewing in the last thirty days...but they are seasonal hubs and I don't expect much from them... once the season comes back they will be flooded with views so I guess it is okay!
I just checked and actually faired better than I had anticipated. I have only 2 seasonal hubs that haven't had any in the last 30 days. Both of them are summer-related hubs. I do have a fair number of fall and Christmas seasonal hubs that will roll around to zero very soon. All of this is ok as long as you cover all the seasons...lol. Thankfully, I have lots of evergreen hubs too to fill in the gaps.

I hear people talking all the time about hubs that produce good readership, but I know this number differs for many. In your case, how many views per month do you think is good for any given article? Just curious.

I now have 15 hubs. I am hitting 300 pageviews per day. 1 of my hubs on FIFA World Cup 2010 is contributing to 70% of the traffic. There rest of it with 13 hubs hitting 3 to 10 pageviews per day and 1 hub with 0 views most of the time. I am worry that when the World Cup is over, so will my traffic...

I am experiencing an overall average off 66 percent less page views per day, for seven days versus a week previous and for the past two months. Such a huge drop in page views makes me think that Google has tuned up something again. I do know that I don't have the time and energy to keep...

I joined HubPages just over a week ago, and I have achieved over 200 views. Keeping in mind I have no SEO knowledge whatsoever, and hardly know about keywords, I think this is pretty good, but i may be wrong...Can anyone help me figure this out?

Can anyone explain why my page views have plummeted in the last few days. They have gone from 300 per day to 25 per day. Before December I was steadily increasing page views and was up in the high 300's. Throughout December the views slowly dropped down to the mid 200's then out of the blue 3 days...
