What Can We Do As Citizens to Retain Good Politicians

    As a democracy, what can we do as citizens to retain good politicians?

    Also, what can the media do better?

      Are we talking United States?

      Our Government is a Representative Republic. smile

      Before a person goes out to cast their vote, it would help if the person knew something about the candidates before pulling the lever.

      Just pulling (D) or (R) does not mean you are voting for the best and most qualified of the candidates.

      Once a candidate takes an oath and then proceeds to violate their oath.  The population has to be ready to lynch them. (METAPHOR Not in reality)

      Politicians should FEAR the People!

      The media is nothing more than propoganda machines!
