I am afraid to wipe down or clean my LCD screen in any way now that I have a new computer. I know I may be stuck on the past, but I actually miss the old screens on VGA monitors you could clean properly. I would think with advances with the times a durable LCD screen could be created...

Can anybody guide me to a simple to use but accurate an inexpensive heart rate monitor that can be worn on the wrist during exercise. There are so many out there that this is confusing. Must be one you don't need to have a smart phone to use. Thanks
