How do I post a link for others to sign up for hubpages in my profile?

   I read a hub on this subject and tried to figure it out myself, but I am honestly still very confused on how I would go about doing this. If anyone has any tips, suggestions, or step by step instructions that would be wonderful!

   I was confused about this too when I joined HP.
   
   Go to My Account > Trackers
   
   Find the default tracker for your account or create a new one.
   
   Create a link like this: 
   
        http://hubpages.com/_YourTrackerCode/user/new
   
   Just be sure to put the underscore before your tracker code in the URL.

      Thank you Irohner! It makes a lot more sense now...I just have one more question...how do you make the link "invisible" to where you have a group of words people can click on to sign up such as "click here" or as I noticed on your profile you say "join our community".

         When in edit mode, type the words you want to make into a link such as "Click Here". Then highlight those words. Click on the create link tool (looks like a chain link) and type the address into the box that pops up.

   It happens to be at the top of the box where you are entering your profile. You'll notice two separate "chain" type link icons.
   
   Chain completed is the link tool you're looking for. The one to the left of it is a "broken" link icon, which destroys already made links.
   
   To create an "invisible" link behind words is to highlight the words, click on the Chain link, a window will pop up to give you a place to put the link.
   
   If you are linking to another hub, you'll use the second box. If you're entering just your referral link, then use the top box.

      The sign-up link currently on your profile page is incorrect. It does not include your URL tracker, therefore you will receive no financial reward for referring new members.

            I did check the signup link on your profile page, and it is still not right.
            
            A) Here is the link you currently have:
            
            http://hubpages.com/user/new
            
            B) Here is the link you should have:
            
            http://hubpages.com/_xyz/user/new
            
            EXCEPT you should replace "xyz" with your own referral tracker. To get that, go to "my account" while logged in, then click on "URL Trackers." http://hubpages.com/my/trackers
            
            Copy your URL tracker, and put it into the link instead of "xyz". Be sure not to delete the "_" (underscore).
            
            Remember to click on "Save Changes" when you have edited the link.

               Ok I think I may have it figured out this time...I see what you are saying, and I can't get it to where the tracking code shows up in the web address, but it does show up when the page is loading. I am hoping it is correct now...
