The democrats ARE bad news! We'd be better off without them.

LOL! He's the WORST of all! He's not even really a democrat, he's a socialist! We would have been better off electing Castro! LOL

At least you know we voted for him. Lady I know you are full of love and I also know that behind your remarks for my President is you acknowledge the real "love" for what he is doing to this country.

I assure you, I have no love for what he's doing TO this country!

You are entitled to your own opinion. For those who don't like him even in the very beginning, it will stay that way.

Obama is the best because he tries his best even if the odds are that great. For effort alone I give him A plus.

I think his heart is in the right place, he just isn't prepared to run a country.  He's leading in the wrong direction, not intentionally trying to do harm.  Unfortunately, he was brought up in the politics of Chicago.

Now that was interesting, but only because it was so stupid.  Socialist?  How so?  Obama is a disappointment, because he's too conservative.  We need a real Democrat in office.

But all economic systems based on debt based fiat currency are doomed to the same fate.  This is why every president who has sought to abort European controlled banks has been murdered, except for Andrew Jackson; his assassin's pistol misfired.

Capitalism is a game, and it is best expressed by the Parker brothers board game, perhaps you've even heard of it, it's called "Monopoly," but guess what?  My life is not a game, nobody's life is a mere game, but the capitalist would have us think so.  Oh, Socialism is a game too!  But at least the already poor get something, and the already elite do not always become just more elite, and addicted to the whims of their insatiable god, Mammon.

Good day, all, your life is not an economic game.

wesman, have you read obamas books? I have and they clearly show his thinking and background. Socialist/anticolonialism. please read his books and then write your feelings. and I didnt even mention about the associations with the rev wright etc... you seriously need your head examined if you do not think he is a socialist/anticolonialist after reading HIS OWN BOOKS. and I'm a registered democrat. I gave him a chance and he blew it. he is a fraud.

It's interesting that the blue states are losing population and therefore losing house seats.  You'd think that since those state governments promise so much in terms of benefits and are therefore more caring that more people would go there to start businesses and start families, etc. But nope, people vote with their feet and are moving to red states.  Funny that.

except they don't automatically become republicans once they arrive.
texas, the fastest growing state will likely fall prey to the same demographic change that california went through, yes texas will become blue!!

      Government can't grant benefits.

It can only steal money from one group and give it to another.

It's exactly analogous to taking a bucket of water out of the deep end; spilling a little as you walk around; then dumping the bucket into the shallow end; and then claiming that you raised the pool level.

All that you've really done is WASTE water, but, because the shallow end just got more water, everyone sees it and says "yep! it helped!"

Government can't create wealth, it can only, at best, redistribute it.

Why not? They are capable of generating jobs, why can't those jobs generate wealth?

They spend money with private industries, are you saying that money is somehow different to the money you and I spend?

Well, Bernie Sanders stated what Pau Ryan plans to do with is new-found all-power over the budget:

Give massive tax cuts to the richest Americans, cut social security and medicare, privitize all our services.
We already know they want to cut education and infrastructure.....

    We are Mexico.

Dirt-paying jobs, gated communities for wealthy people, and a life of misery for the rest, with all of us indebted to the banking system, who will take a piece and profit off everything we do.

I'm sorry--people who vote republican/tea-party are the death of this country. The final nails in our coffin.   It MUST be stopped!
