In the process of linking adsense with HubPages, I didn't check the little box that asks something like:  Do you want all your new hubs to be linked to adsense by default? (can't remember the question verbatim, but something along those lines)

Just wondering if my new hubs will automatically be linked with adsense since I have signed up with adsense and linked them with HubPages, however I left that certain box unchecked.

Hopefully, I'm making some sort of sense.

I checked a couple of your hubs.

Two different AdSense id numbers showed up.

My conclusion is that one of them is yours and the other one is HP.

    I could be wrong.smile

      Is that good or bad?

I hate to admit it, but I don't know.

If the answer is yes and:

If you have not altered the relevant settings of any individual hub, then it is reasonable to conclude that all your hubs are doing the 60/40 thing as intended.smile

sorry, lost connection for a moment.
Yes that 336...is mine.  Have not changed any settings.
So it seems I'm ok.  Thank you.

But I only signed up for adsense yesterday.  I had 18  hubs already written.  2 are new since yesterday.  So isn't it the last 2 that are with adsense.

I checked one of your 15 month old hubs to be sure.  333… showed right up. Unless HP jumps in and says otherwise, I’d guess that you are fine! smile

Paradigmsearch, can I ask you one more question?

This is a public forum, ask your questions and somebody will probably answer.

I know this is a public forum, but paradigmsearch was the only person who responded to my issue, so I addressed my last question to him.

I had understood as much, but that shouldn't prevent you from asking your questions again to whom it may concern.

Do you want me to ask for your help?

That is up to you, of course. But if you do ask, I will try to help you as best I can.

EDIT: I believe your follow-up question has been answered correctly by Simeon Wisser. There is absolutely nothing to be concerned about concerning your affliate ID, it all happens automatically once the AdSense account has been activated.
