Has Anyone used CJ? ClickBank?

   I am curious if anyone here has used Commission Junction and/or Clickbank Program and how is your experience with them?
   
   Anything to watch out for?
   Any tips that may help convert better?

   Yep, Clickbank works for me better than Amazon, and CJ worse than Amazon. Neither is too impressive in comparison to Adsense. And this is mostly outside of HP.
   
   Clickbanck is real hard to find a decent product to promote though, most are scam or borderline scam. CJ is much better in this regard. But CB pays way bigger percentage on average.

         I did not make a single cent on Linkshare, ever. I am using it for about a year. During the same time clickbank made me a couple of thousands, and CJ - a couple of hundreds.

               You can use linkshare/CJ/Clickbank links on any place you want where there is way to add HTML. Image links will only work on your own blog or squidoo lens because there is no HTML add-on for your hubs here.

      Thanks, I have CJ on my blog, but lately I am having problem with people buying from my link and orders are not showing up with them. If you earn less then 10K a month on CJ, they simply do not care to assist you and I am having an issue with that.
      
      Clickbank I have not tried it but like you said, many are borderline scams products. I am trying to earn money ethically, I guess there is not money in it. LOL.
      
      Adsense right now paying me in 1 cents for 3 days increment and I wish to do better. Amazon works well if you target the right people looking at it.
      
      I wish there was a better Aff. Program for us.

         Sure, you are welcome. Unfortunately only those we mentioned here and ebay are the best aff programs around, so whether we like it or not, we have to adapt

            Yes, ebay has become bit choosy now, you are right about adapting and changing, I only wish I knew when and how to adapt as a relative noob.

   Your referring to networks filled with thousands if not tens of thousands of advertisers.
   
   CB has tons of legit products if you look in niches outside of IM and Make Money , there are also many softwares and themes within even that niche which are worthwhile. (granted, you do need tall boots to wade through all the ______ though)
   
   CJ /Linkshare/ Pepperjam /GAN / SAS are all perfectly worthwhile platforms none better than the next , its all based on what advertisers you select. (although tracking, reports and update technology are quite different between all of them)
   
   What will often make ePn and Amazon seem like better choices is that your visitors already have brand recognition, trust and possibly even pre-existing accounts - so its much easier to get that wallet open - when working in true aff marketing its your responsibility to engender trust and to make the transition from your page or article to your aff partners checkout as seamless as possible.
   
   as per CJ and not caring because of your current income level - whether you realize it or not, you have a dedicated aff manager for each individual advertiser program - make a connection, create a relationship - of course cj cares very little for you - your not the real client, the advertiser is.
   
   Ive received better commission rates, free software and custom banners by having relationships with my AM's -many of which I probably earned only around a $100 month with.

      Yes, I am currently working with one vendor directly whose sales did not show up and they are nicer. The problem I have is even though vender have agreed that sales went through my link and  they have paid CJ for it, CJ will not pay me until vendor manually approves it again. I was on phone with CJ for 1 hour, and they could care less. I am insignificant I suppose for them.
      
      You're right, vendor is what they care for, not us affiliates even though without affiliates CJ would not exist.

   I recently hubbed on Clickbank, as I am pretty pleased with it. Yes, it took me a couple of years to hit my first payout, but then it was over $196, and like Adsense the more you write the more you will make and more often, simply by adding no more than 2 relevant product links to a links capsule within your hub.

      Clickbank converts really well if you can find a quality product that is relevant to your content.  Picking a good product can be the hard part as there is a lot of rubbish on clickbank, as well as stuff that sells really well but has a 50% refund rate. If you are able to find the good products you can do very well with clickbank.

   I use shareasale and I make ok money with them. One site I have I'm seeing interest in people buying ad spots, and it only gets 200 hits a day!
