   The alarm sounds. Another day to go to work, take care of the family, to take care of yourself! Take a stretch, open those eyes and say to yourself," I am going to have a happy day! I am going to spread happiness to those I encounter and not let the Boss, the kids, the significant other or anything else spoil this day. Situations will come and I will greet them with confidence and a happy heart."
   Always remember that You control your attitude and a Happy attitude certainly will let you have a better day no matter what!

   Well said! That's exactly my attitude... that is until 2pm when I enter a room with 30 ADHD Fifth graders!!!

      If i get out on my wife's side, straight away there's problems and it takes nearly the whole day to sort out all the negativity since the morning!!!

   There isn't a 'wrong side of the bed'!! There is a 'wrong side of you'! Attitude is made by you and you alone. People want to be nasty, rude, pissy, etc. Just keep the head high, nose forward and do not down to those people's level. All of us are higher than that! Do not think I do not want to slap people silly, be rude, be pissy and just sit down and cry!! Just Self-talk and tell yourself ---- It IS going to be a good day!

   Well! I slipped into a ice/snow melting puddle today! Happy, NOT!! LOL But Happy to be able to get get out of the house with my Husband and go to Wendy's for Chili and a Baked Tater!There is Always something to be Happy about Everyday!!
