What is your individual approach towards life to be happy everyday?
Just smile from the bottom of heart and take all the things easily ......
My life is happy when people around me are happy and I live life on purpose. The key principles for me are respect and support to other people, create something meaningful, share love, joy and happiness with others. What about you?
I try to find the positive in anything. And don't sweat the small stuff.
i make sure that i do what i believe and practice what i teach, i also make sure that i avoid telling lies and making sure that i help those i am opportune to help.
Remembering all that the Lord has done for is sure to put a smile on my face! How can be unhappy when I think of all He has done for me? He saved my soul from Hell, and He blesses me everyday!
I usually suffer from something or the other fitness problem and because of that I get very tensed when there is an extra load of work. The moment the situation comes into my control I simply feel happy. There is one thing which keeps me happy is the happiness and satisfaction enjoyed by each and every loved one of mine. It simply keeps me happy and relaxed.
Be content.
If I am content to whatever life has to offer, nothing can touch me!
I have read a meaningful passage on the wall of the St Paul Cathedral from 17th century, it said: ' Be happy who you are, there will be always people better or worse than you, by constant comparing yourself to them you end up cynical and bitter...your life is a miracle, you have been born for a purpose, find it and be useful in a way it suits you the best...'
There is nothing else I need to add to that.
Trust, hope and pray...these are the three things i strongly believe in. Trust your hopes, not your fears , hope always for what is best for you and pray for everything good coming your way !!!! This is my little, individual approach that keeps me going in my life happily
It is very simple. If I do not object to what my wife says, everyday will be happy, happier, and happiest!
Like Shampa, health means happiness to me. So long I am up and moving, I feel I have enough to fight all unwanted situations. I am resilient, and the resilience probably comes from a mental training on the science of nature and life, where it is quite inconsequential to be very concerned about an individual's faring well or not. If in your small circle of friends and family, all are doing well, you can be happy to a reasonable degree.
My approach is put positive mindset before an achievement and the worst possibility before optimism for being happy always -

I wake each morning knowing I am one day older than I was yesterday, and that today is the first day of the rest of my life, No sense worrying about the past, or the future, just live each day to the fullest and enjoy it.
I rise and think of Jesus Christ and what He did for me. For all of the World. I pray and meditate for at least 30 minitues but most times longer. In Him I am strengthened and dressed with my armor for the day. In Christ I can do all things. Phil 4:13. I am not alone. That makes me so happy to know I have a Savior and Lord that will never leave me nor forsake me and will direct my path. When I mess up and I do He helps to pick me up. He will light the way. He is the way maker. He forgives me. We move forward. It does not get much better then that on earth. Heaven awaits me that makes me so happy. There are no tears, no sorrows, no job loss, no lack, no poverty, no sickness, no sin, no dark, no evil. My future is secured in Jesus Christ. People places and things will let us down and we will let others down we are human and sinners. Jesus never changes. His WORD is the same yesterday today and tomorrow. He has a book full of thousands of promises for HIs Children that believe in Him. He does not break His promise. He is God. It is good all good. Children of God are victors in Christ. Oh happy day.
These are tough times and sometimes it is difficult to be happy every single day. However, I start each day believing that everyone in this world (especially oneself) wants to be acknowledged and accepted. Personally, I try to do one good deed everyday for another person. It makes me happy knowing that I am useful in this world. This could be as simple as opening the door for someone, giving change to someone or helping someone carry something. Some people may take this kindness for granted and in that case, you may not feel so happy, but just knowing that in your heart you did the right thing helps a lot.
I love this question. I count my blessings, every night before I fall asleep, and every morning when I wake up. I don’t just count the big ones I count the little ones too. For example I'm blessed to have my health (a big blessing), I'm also blessed because someone smiled at me in the store (a little blessing). I try to maintain a constant state of thankfulness. I trust that God loves us and wants all things good for us. I also find that working out regularly and eating healthy food affects my mood greatly. Sometimes though the funk bug hits, and just won’t go away. When that happens I try to honor it for what it is, figure out what is causing it, address it head on and move on to a better place.
I remind myself of how lucky I am everyday. I make a point to smile a little more everyday and give a friendly smile to others that I pass. I feel happy when they smile back. Try to find happiness in the small things.

Whoever and whatever we are, irregardless of race, religion or creed, if we learn that a protein molecule called 'laminin,' in the form of a cross binds our cells and tissues together as one human body like an adhesive, are we not happy that all along since the beginning of man, as I firmly believe...
