      Have you tried IP-6? you are aware that you must cut back on eating meat. Smoke meats are one of the major problems.

      I would eat as much as possible, say a min. of 1/2 an avocado per day. More wherever possible. Eat as part of a salad, always raw, or search online for raw food avocado recipies to make your diet as interesting as possible.
      Are you also on the Budwig diet? This is an essential part of any cancer fighting regime & the health benefits go far beyond fighting cancer. There is tons of free info. on this online.

   BUT, there is a chance SP can mask PSA levels, so consult your doctor.
