    Hi,
I have an adsense account but my son styding in a school and 18+ would like to have adsense account for hubpages to write on topics related to school/study.  But my problem is that I have only one PC. So I have a querry whether Google allows two accounts using same PC (same IP)and same address?  Any other obstacles getting adsense account?

    Thanks
    Ravi

    Hi Ravi,

I dont think it is a problem provided the information given to goole on registration is different as it is quite an indepth application form.

It is easy enough when applying to check their terms and conditions to see if you can though.

I dont work for google so dont take my word for it. Rather check with them.

I do not think it is possible. Google assigns only one account to one ip address. They have your phone numbers and address and these could show up as duplicate, this could cause your Adsense account to be closed for holding multiple accounts. This happened to a friend so I will advice you to tread softly! smile

It's probably not a good idea. Would it be possible for you to just set up a separate channel for your son on your Adsense account? Just go over the rules with him so he doesn't get your account banned.

I would check the Google terms of Service, I am pretty sure there is a clause about only having one Adsense account per address.

Just create a new unit and give it (the code) to your son even with a single account.

No, that does not work here on HubPages. There are no ad units (HTML code) to insert here.

Sorry, but you can only have one Google Adsense account per physical address. Google is such a big company that if it made one exception the floodgates would open to allow many more. If you opened a second account you might lose both.

On the funny side, what would happen if two of our best hubbers ever met and married? Two Adsense accounts in one house! Or if two hubbers ever split? Who keeps the Adsense account?

Yes, these are the things I ponder when I'm serving customers who want me to count out 142 brackets.

Only one Adsense account per household (physical address).

I wonder if it is, however, possible to set up channels so that the adsense in your son's hubpages account goes into one specific channel, and your adsense goes into another.

That way, he would be able to get payments immediately, rather than having to wait to get to the threshold.

And, if you set it up that way, you'd both know exactly how much of the money was his.

    Hi,
From all the replies, I have come to conclusion that I should start one separate channel for the son.

It's confirm that there have to be only one a/c with one IP but as far as address is concerned there could be more than one family in the same address like Building no. 1632 could have more than 3 families and no body is so concerned about the flat nos. allotted by the builder.

So I think the best authority for getting the right answer is Google who only can solve my queries.  This way I will also have the written proof of the replies with me.

Am I on the right track????

Thanks a lot to all of you.
