   My Olympic Torch hub has been stolen again. It is back on the same site that I filed a DMCA report with through AdSense. The F**'s don't have AdSense anymore.
   
   Just in case it gets stolen again I've added a link to the article with a link to the original.

   I don't understand what is wrong with some people. There is such a benefit in creating original and unique content I don't get why people would steal something like that!
   
   It's happened to me with some of my fiction, too I'm really sorry this has happened to you more than once!

   You don't say which site it is, but I have repeat problems with Flixya. I think they wink at plagiarism and don't do much unless you really threaten them. I got the last content down by using a threat of forwarding our correspondence to Google (per Misha's suggestion) and that worked but now I see a bunch of c's next to a bunch of my articles again.
   
   I really don't have the patience to pursue these people like I should. I need to spend my time writing, not being a net cop.
   
   I was happier when I didn't know it was going on. :0

      I've dealt with this issue with Flixya and had an almost immediate response.  I only had to ask and they removed not only my hub, but the user's account.
      
      My most recent theft is one of my lower scoring hubs...it's now published on a Barnes & Noble (or something like that) review page by Anonymous and doesn't link to anybody, anywhere.  It seems to benefit no one, not sure what possible purpose it served anyone.

   File a DMCA with their internet host or with Google.  And be sure to mention that it's a repeat offense.

      They have taken their AdSense ads off. I'll try and find out the host. But it is in China so I may not have much luck.

   Wow, that stinks. A couple of years ago, I wrote a short article on being a coffeholic. It was stolen by a content writing seller and then sold to a coffee website. I had it published on one of my writing websites. I was very upset. But, after talking to the coffee website people, they took it off immediately and then I recieved a check from the content site with a "sorry" note.

    You know Cris, I don't really care.  I don't even have adsense or kontiki or whatever the hell it's called.  I ain't doing it for the money so there's no pressure to perform.  But seriously, how do you know if a hub is stolen?

       One of my hubs was stolen before. And I found out about it by googling my title -- since we all have kind of unique titles -- enclosing it " " as in "title". And there it was in flixya, word for word, picture for picture! Try it

       Do the advices provided by the hubbers above. You threathen with a DCMA. I did. But I didn't follow up as I realized I was not sanctioned by HP (I informed them of course) for duplicate content. It's pretty tiring eventually. But the funny thing was, my hub was titled "The Top 10 Blah blah" which the plagiarist copied but he/she only included entries 1 to 5! Now who sad is that?!

       It is annoying. I hate it because if I don't complain I feel like a chump, and if I do I feel like I'm wasting time that would be better spent on actual projects. So I lose either way. Plus, I'm only about 50% effective in getting the content removed, so it really makes me think twice about wasting my time trying.

    Well the last one stolen by flixya they included my affiliate link - so they can keep that I don't mind getting the commission LOL. I have found flixya fast in the past of getting rid of illegal copies - livejournal on the other hand actually argued that I had not "proven" that the content was mine duh!
    
    Its not worth spending much time on - anyone with Adsense is fair game but in the end my hubs always out rank the copies so I don't care - if they did out rank me I would be on their case immediately of course!
